Human Development Levels

Within each quadrant, there are 3 macro levels of development:

Human 1.0: The Conformist

Development at this level focuses on acquiring basic knowledge and skills within a domain, but lacks the perspective to see beyond established frameworks.

Human 2.0: The Individualist

Characteristics:

"Level 2 is the main character choosing their storyline"

At this level, individuals develop their own identity and values, often in opposition to what they were taught, but may still lack the ability to integrate multiple perspectives.

Human 3.0: The Synthesist

Characteristics:

"Level 3 is the programmer who can create new games that others also enjoy playing"

At this level, individuals can synthesize knowledge across domains and create new frameworks that transcend traditional boundaries.
